Birds have refined flight for millions of years. SAANMI is researching bird-inspired drone designs, including a crow-inspired aerodynamic concept, studying wing shape, agility and low-noise flight for lawful observation and environmental monitoring.
This is early-stage research. No bio-inspired drone has been built or tested by SAANMI.
